You Don’t Have to Fix Everyone—Just Be Steady

A lot of people right now are feeling angry, hurt, or sad, and they may not even know why entirely. Some are easily annoyed, and they are quick to snap or get triggered by something they see on the news or social media. You might even be watching people you care about start to fall apart, say things they wouldn’t normally say, or act in ways that feel off.

And you know what? That’s okay. It’s not your job to fix them or judge them. Everyone’s going through something, even if they don’t talk about it. What you can do is stay grounded. Be the person who stays calm when things get loud. Be the steady voice when things get messy.

That’s what leadership looks like. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up with kindness, patience, and strength, even when the world around you feels like it’s spinning. Keep being you. People are watching, and your presence might be exactly what someone needs right now.
